What, sorry?

I'm done????

I think I may well be in shock. My friends and I (about 20 of us in total, as we have a big friendship group) partied like a crazy mofo last night at a friend's house (yes, I arrived home at the very late hour of 11pm- in my defence I'm not used to staying up late, so I did my best). I tried hard to sleep in this morning, but I woke up automatically. Things feel a little strange. Every now and again I have a little feeling of glee shoot through me whenI realise I don't have to stop watching reruns of Scrubs to start studying in half an hour, but other than that I don't think it's really hit me that I'm done with high school.

I got my hair cut today. Which is a VERY good thing for myself and society. My hair was so big that if I'd wanted to, I could have hid an iPod in my hair with recorded notes and stuck a wire in my ear as I did my exams if I so wished. I didn't, though, because my mass of hair made my head heavy enough as it was.

I've made a list of about 30 things to do these holidays, both fun and really not fun (like get braces), but I have a feeling that I'm going to have to add a few more to my list to get me from now until early March without eating my fist from lack of mental stimulation. So if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

I have 2 weeks until I go on Schoolies, which is the notoriously skanky week of holidaying on the Gold Coast or at Byron Bay (for me it's the latter), an event rife with debauchery that year 12 students nationwide partake on following their final exams. Somehow they think 6 days without sleep and replacing water intake with spirits initiates them into maturity, but I'm not too sure how that works. I'm looking forward to it, nevertheless, as I'll be in an apartment with some of my closest friends, with my other friends in apartments nearby.

Following that I have a few days to recover before I have my formal graduation evening with the whole school, where I will have to endure my school uniform one final time. The next night is the year 12 formal, which I guess is like prom. But more fun and less 80s.

On December 19th I get my exam results, and the next day I receive my UAI, which is a number out of 100 that is based on scaling my subject results from the day before, and is what determines whether I get into the Uni course I want, or not. I only have to get 83 to get into my course, though, so I'm not worried.

Directly following that, I scoot off to the US of A! WOOT! Celebrating Christmas (mmm presents!) and the New Year, and then you guys are coming back here! WOOT!

Okay, that's all I've got. Now, because I've spent the time to write this, you must shower me in comments :)
